I expect that the weight limit for astrophotography will now be bumped up when using the larger tripod and azimuth adjuster. You should be able to load about 15 lbs. of equipment on the iEXOS 100 (when using the extra counterweight) for astrophotography. Some of you are  already at that limit with the current tripod shipped with the iEXOS 100 PMC-Eight mount.
