Have you confirmed that you're connected to the mount via UDP and not TCP in the configuration manager?

I completely disabled the firewall, have all "connect automatically" boxes unchecked, powered on the PMC, connected to the PMC-Eight-xx network, and then opened the app and still no luck. Any other thoughts?
