If you are not already aware, for those that use the Android, and Amazon Fire version of ExploreStars on your tablet, we have released an updated version of the application that has corrected a minor error in the catalog positions for stellar and deep sky objects. We found that the precession calculation was not being applied for these objects to convert from the catalog J2000 position to the JNOW position. We have also improved the ephemeris calculation for solar system objects. You will find the updated application in the Google Play Store, or on the Amazon store, just search for ExploreStars.
