As Jerry said this is cone error.
I believe you could correct it by inserting a shim between the front ring and the dovetail plate. Perhaps a washer

Peter, what tablet do you run explorestars on. Android and iOS definitely check the firmware version for you. Not sure about Windows. Assume you have iPad?

I guess it is safe to assume that Mac users are out of luck? Why can't the ExploreStars app check the firmware version of the mount?

The guide camera does not have a focal length, the optic it is mounted on does. As Wes said, the focal length should be whatever optic your camera is attached to and guiding with. In this

You have something amiss in PHD. It thinks the guide camera focal length is 350mm. How can that be since you are using an OAG? Does the OAG change the FL? Your FL should be 2040*.63 or
