Considering Tommy uses the iEXOS 100 I'd like to add that if he wants to use the PA method as described by Robert and FishWithFeet above, he should consider buying the optional iEXOS100 Azimuth Adjust

Hi Wes, for clarity, I think you mean 'auto align' instead of 'auto slew'? Btw, the iPadOS version is able to turn off auto align as well. I'm not sure about the current Windows version to be honest.

You should not have the channel dongle inserted in the mount. That might be the cause. Regards Op vr 7 feb. 2020 om 13:07 schreef <johntolliday433m@...>

PMC-Eight for other mounts?
I believe ES has a kit to upgrade a Losmandy G11 with PMC-Eight GoTo capabilities. It’s not cheap, but that’s relative. Maybe you could use that? To be honest, what you want to do might be more troubl

Jerry, it's a pleasure to see such an efficient implementation by using a PFET. My faith in humanity has, at least partly, been restored! ;) Makes you wonder why some manufacturers leave it out, proba

I have noticed my iEXOS 100's metal isn't really magnetic. So any phone's MEMS (magnetic field) sensors shouldn't be bothered too much. Or a classic compass. Be aware of where your compass is pointing
