I had this problem when I put my C5 spotting scope on my IEXOS-100 mount I had to buy another counterweight and that solved my problem when it clicked and did not track

How do I get to the new user's section/group For help?

Yep I have Stellarium on my iPad, and star chart, however locating it is another story all together..

Is there a new user group that I can get a link to I'm? I'm a little challenged when locating the north star. I'm pretty sure that I can see the big dipper but not the little dipper to get Polaris..

My main problem was finding the north star... forgetting that it rotates year round... and thinking I was looking at the big dipper.....

Around brantford, but the light polution sucks around here...
