10-day Old Moon from Last Night #cal-notice
Here is an image from last night taken with the 4-inch Explore Scientific 102 FCD100 ED APO refractor mounted on top of our main instrument and the ES/Losmandy G11 PMC-Eight mount in the Mark Slade Remote Observatory (MSRO). This full-color image was taken with our QHY163C camera mounted on that scope. This image was acquired by Shannon Morgan (Boone, NC) and myself remotely working together to run the mount and other instruments in the observatory.
