I have released updated versions of the PMC-Eight firmware for the EXOS 2, G11 and iEXOS 100 mounts.
This update contains a very minor change that corrects a problem when the ExploreStars application sets the mount type based on the FW version code.
ExploreStars was not always detecting the correct version code and setting the mount type accordingly. This applies to the Android and iOS versions of the ExploreStars application. The following firmware version numbers are now the latest. The WDT is the communications watchdog timer that stops the mount after losing communications with the ExploreStars or ASCOM application.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE:
For the G11 and EXOS 2 mounts you need to have a DB9 Serial to USB A Adapter cable, Explore Scientific suggests this one:
The iEXOS 100 only needs a standard mini USB Type B to USB A cable that can be purchased at most any department store that carries phone accessories.
The easiest way to update your firmware is to use Chris Moses' PMC-Eight Configuration Manager Program (version 1.0.3) available in the Files Section under User Contributions:
Just follow the directions under the instructions tab and use the FIRMWARE tab to download and install the firmware:
